EXPERIENCE: I have worked in childcare since I was 16 years old. I attended both Portland State University and Lake Washington Technical College where I obtained my associates degree in Early Childhood Education. Since my earliest memory I have had a true passion for children.
FAVORITE THING ABOUT WORKING AT THE TRIKE STOP: Watching the children grow from infancy to grade school. To be able to see an infant learn to crawl at the Infant Home. Then make leaps and bounds as they learn and discover at The Trike Stop. To finally seeing them both socially and cognitively ready to enter kindergarten is truly amazing. I feel so lucky to be apart of this experience each day.
HOBBIES: My husband and I play co-ed softball in Spring and Summer on a Trike Stop sponsored team. I enjoy the competition, good friends and trying to find every possible way to avoid sliding on the very rough Meadowdale playfields.
