The Trike Stop prides itself with a foundation of Early Childhood Education professionals. Our teachers either have their degrees (AA or BA) in ECE, are certified ECE teachers or are currently enrolled in a local ECE program. Due to their high qualifications, our teachers are some of the highest paid in Snohomish County. We offer all full time teachers medical, dental, vision benefits, and everyone has access to an employer matched 401K program, which is not the norm in childcare and preschool facilities in Washington State. It is benefits like these that directly correlate to our teachers staying with us long term.
