Toddler Program
The Trike Stop toddler program is divided into two classrooms, the one year olds and two year olds. Both classrooms are provided three meals a day, outside activities, sensory activities, art activities and circle time. Circle times include; musical instruments, dancing, flannel board stories, singing songs and reading books.
The teachers also provide several activities each day that help promote cognitive, small motor and large motor development. The two year olds participate in “Music Dave” time with the preschool twice a month. Music Dave comes to our center and plays guitar for the children to sing and dance to. He also provides exotic instruments and teaches the children about where the instrument came from and the culture surrounding it.
